This is one of the easiest vacation rental scams to spot.  I am glad that the majority of vacation rental scammers on the Internet today are really NOT sophisticated scammers.  If anyone falls for these types of scams then they should learn about some basic Internet fraud prevention before buying or selling anything online.   If not, sooner or later will will have more vacation rental victims bleeding green.
