I want to start using my facebook business page more. Currently I do not promote my facebook page much. I am looking for a nice attractive badge to put on my website. I have a badge at http://www.waikoloavacationrentals.com/about-us.html, but that is too large to put on all my pages.
Please let me know if you have any ideas.

Just make an image search under Google for 'Facebook badges' or simply 'Facebook' and you should find plenty of stuff. You can also pay a small fee to get some custom made icons that people develop or that are made available through istock.com.

What do you think is better to just have the "like" button or to have a badge?
The "like" button seems to have become the more popular choice among website owners. Even HomeAway has it on top of their homepage now. It is quick and easy for the user.
Yeah, that is what I think I am going to go with.
I will be interested to see if facebook plays that large of a role in SEO in the future.
I also noticed that homeaways is in an iframe, which to my knowledge google does not read. Why do you think they did that? Try not to lose any link juice, but still promote their facebook page?
