John, I just wanted to say that I think this forum is great! ...I just stumbled upon it today, and boy are you and I on the same wavelength! I will be lauching a site at the end of this month that is vacation rental related (I own vacation rentals, a vacation rental mgmt company and self-manage my own). I am really looking forward to getting input from you and others on this forum.
