If you go to google and type in "gay vacation rentals" a few sites came up. Heck, I was just trying to hit niche markets. Have tried the bikers (Cheap, and I am one)......hmmmm... wait a minute........... Christians and remaining Branch Davidians

This gay vacation rental site is a relatively new site (they started marketing in Sept. 2007). This past month they have received a little over 3,000 unique visitors, which is not bad for a niche vacation rental site. I just hope your neighbours are not very conservative!

I have had thoughts about that. I have my Houston construction business and the gays we work for have been great. I am sure the odds are the same for getting a bad tenant?
The area I live in is the Bible belt....that could be another story?
