    Promotional Products are a KEY to successful return customers.

    I have never used Stay N Play, but our website Florida Gulf Vacation sends out a t-shirt with each rental along with a magnet and for good return customers we have order ponchos. For the kids we give out Frisbees.

    None of these items cost a lot, but it is amazing the number of renters who tell me "My husband still wears the FGV shirt from 2004".
