If you are considering your 2009 holiday destination i would urge you to think of Sri Lanka. The people are so friendly, the climate is almost perfect (300 days of sunshine every year) it has some of the best beaches in the world and 2500 of history in its cultural triangle. We have two furnished chalet apartments in Negombo which are extremely well located. Just 20 minutes drive from the airport, 7/8 from the beach and the same to the main shopping area. Yes shamila Sri Lanka is a beautiful Iland. In Srilanka there are 2 groups of people there 1. Srilankan and 2. Tamil. Generally the people are very friendly and can get more sea foods in Srilanka.
