She came to our property in August, with no money, planning to stay for free. She knew that we collect the total of the stay over arrival and she asked 24 hours to get some cash. As we demanded the money the next day she asked for another 24 hours to pay, then we realized that she was buying time to go to a cheaper place, or just to stay for free. By the 3rd day she moved out of the property. Then she started posting naughty E-mails everywhere on the net, inventing all kind of lies. We are glad that we posted many pictures of our property on our web-site and you can tell at a glance, that all she says is false.
We couldn’t believe the example she is setting for her young teenagers. We feel sorry for them.
BEWARE OWNERS. Write this name: JAY SMITH in your black list. If she try to rent from you, charge double deposit and get all the money in advance.
After all… her ugly E-mails are not completely negative for us, they work to let people to know that we are real. This is a mayor concern among people who do internet transactions, sometime they wonder if that they are looking on the screen really exist.
