In 2006 we built two new chalets at the rear of our property here in Negombo Sri Lanka minutes from the airport beach and town centre. Each comprises a lounge bedroom and bathroom and is fully and tastefully furnished. The bedroom has a queen size and a single bed and will sleep 3/4 people depending on ages. Each chalet has satellite TV, Internet use via desk top, DVD + films, fridge, tea/coffee, maid, bed linen and towels all included in the price. Meals can be provided if required or we are close hotels and eating houses where you can eat in or take away very cheaply. We require just $100 a week for each chalet including all bills, which could be re-rented for $175 a week by an agent. We would like a years contract with the opportunity to extend but thats negotiable. We can organise tours and generally ensure guests have a very good time. The chalets are already very popluar with 68 weeks rentals in 2009 out of the 104 available, but ill health forces me to appoint an agent to seek rentals rather than do the work myself.
