Hi everyone, I stay in West Seattle area and will be shortly moving…..its a real headache to keep moving. I have been really spoiled there…..like there was a view of the sound on Alki Point. I have tried searching the papers….but didn’t get the right ones; I would like to know any resources like any websites, agency newspapers….from where you had luck.

Please do help me...its serious!!!!

Just type any relevant terms in your favorite search engine and you should find what you are looking for. There are numerous online vacation rental portals with a wide selection of vacation rentals... you just have to browse.

Good luck!

Yup…you said it right. It’s a real headache to keep changing the place. Agencies can be a resort to finding them but they may take time. You can try www.seattle.cribq.com/housing apartments by making a search online. That’s a good way to try out a quick search and get the needed contacts.

HometownRenter.com has the questions to ask yourself if it is better to rent or buy in your situation. Do you need the flexibility of renting? or can you afford to stay in your home for at least 5 years or longer?

* Can you afford a 20% down payment?

* Can you afford a monthly payment on a 30-year fixed mortgage?

* ask your CPA ... Does the tax benefit of home ownership offset a potential decline in home value?

* Have you reduced other real estate debt before you add more on this home purchase?

* Does a fixed monthly mortgage payment for the next 15 years outweigh the likely inflation of rents during that same time (called an inflation hedge)

These are broad questions that can have many variations for each individual situation. However, it is a good foundation from which to start your home buying process.
