Am trying to obtain some info/insight into 2 month rental in southwest coast florida. I am from Toronto/Ontario and have "survived" another winter - at least I think it's done.... This is the last winter i hope to spend in ontario. Have done some surfing (not terribly proficient at zero-ing in on what i need/want"....) i'm just about to tear my hair out................ where is the best place to go to find a monthly rental property... what should I be aware of when renting a vacation property - and i noticed that not only do they charge me rent but also want to charge by little dog rent as well (150.00 per week).... what's that all about.... i'm not even sure that i'm asking these questions in the right forum...... anyone out there willing to give me a hand or direct me.....................
