We got it off www.gulfcoastrentals.com. I totally agree. The leak we initially thought was from the shower and that one of our kids didn't quite close the door properly. I mopped up the water on the carpet and it continued to get wetter and wetter. We even went as far as placing papertowel by the shower door and it was always dry. When we went outside and downstairs to the carport, you could see a hole in the ceiling approximately where we saw the leak upstairs. It had been patched many times in the past, we could see the plaster marks. The owner did not even come by for us to explain anything. She just charged us for an unwarrented service visit, yet the guy did some repairs to the toilet and some electrical work while he was there. (we were not charged for the electrical work) She basically charged us for the visit, the seals for the toilet and the labour involved.
