I have noticed that many members, when they post a messages on forums, are not taking advantage of the signature option which allows them to advertise their product/service for FREE every time they submit a posting on this community. Also, some members are not correctly placing links back to their website. So, here is an explanation on how it's done:
1) Log into the community
2) Click the 'Edit' link at the top right of the page
3) Select the 'Site Options' tab
4) Under the 'Signature' field, just type your signature
5) To insert the hyperlink to your website, select the text and click on the "lock" icon. A pop-up box should open up and you can write your website address in the appropriate field (please choose to open your website in a new window).
It's that simple. But, please remember that you cannot just post your link without contributing to this community with a decent post!

You should make sure that any links from your signature open up in a new page (read above post on how it's done).
Every member should update their signature as we have made it even easier for you to create great signatures for all your postings! Now, there is absolutely no need to know html to have a great signature... take advantage of it!
Please, read the simple 5 steps on how to create/edit your Signature. By the way, a signature is an advertisement that appears automatically at the end of each forum post (see mine at the end of this message!).
