Internet not working, no dish washer, ant and mosquito invasion, tried to overcharge for A/C use ( 82 USD ), pool dirty. A/C very noisy, cannot leave it on at nite. When we had a power failure for 6 hours we could not get out of the gate, could not get the car out of the garage to go and buy food for our children. The lady in charge could not be reached. Her excuse was that we are not staying in a hotel!
When we complained about the house being dirty she said you can not expect european standards, but we paid european prices (approx.5500 USDollars for 2 weeks)The lady in charge, Ria, was very unfriendly and did not try to sort out the problems.
It seems from your description, that this vacation home should be used as a location setting for movie productions....more specifically horror movies. By the way, where in Europe is Ria from? I am sure I could guess, as this snobby talk comes only from a few countries in Europe! Please, let us know where this house is advertised.
