Nice to meet you and thanks for inquiring.    Our services are taylor made for vacation home owners even if they do live close to their rentals because it allows them to free up their time and concentrate are marketing & back office things.  We provide before and after journals with photos of the condition of the property for record keeping in case of disputes or damages.   Our rates start at $35 & up depending on the size and the distance of the property.  We do give some discounts on frequency.
