I saw your posted advert via the internet.Have read about the ads from the web page and I will want you to let me know the status of the renting,maybe it is for monthly or yearly lease ? I've a daughter thats will be moving in for the rent as an occupant.Her name is Debbie and she's 22yrs. She will be coming down to United State from Wakefield here in West Yorkshire. She does not have a pet and not smoke or deal with anything drugs. I want you to let me know the status for the rent and more so,do let me know the price per monthly,so that I can know the actual amount for the rent monthly.I heard thats there would also be some amount,she will have to pay before moving(Deposited fund) as an occupant,Well as concerns that also, will want you to let me know the cost for her deposited fund and the monthly price for the rent. So that I can makes an arrangement on that to you before she arrive in the state for the rent soon,Ok... I will be looking forward to your response back to me today. Thank's and stay bless. Fred. Well, when I read such emails I often visualize a Nigerian guy, with sandals and dirty clothes, sitting in some smokey Internet cafe in Lagos, Nigeria writing these emails (maybe with his children or a corrupted cop on his side...).   In any case, it is ironical how sometimes someone without education and from a third world country can fool an educated person from a developed country.

 Well, if his name is Fred, my name is Empress Tzu Hsi.  I see that it must be a scam, but what exactly is he trying to accomplish?  I don't quite understand what he has to gain by asking you what the rent is.  It's not like you'd be sending him any money.
