Many don't respond to inquiries. Others take a long time to get back to me. The ones that do get back to me often don't answer the specific questions that I had submitted. </p>
<p>So my question is the following: is it worth renting through a management company or direct with the owners? Management companies usually charge around 30% to the vacation home owner. As a vacationer I would hate to spend an additional 30% to rent the same home.</p>
